As Investment Sales Manager for CBRE’s Net Lease Property Group in Atlanta, Ms. Lindell manages all aspects of the team through strategic oversight of day-to-day operations, new business development, marketing, and transactions of the team’s sales professionals. Ms. Lindell plays an integral role in the disposition of single-tenant assets, including one-off investment sales, national net-lease portfolios, and corporate sale-leasebacks. Her expertise in project management, strategy, research, and analysis allows her to add value to many facets throughout the practice. Since 2016, Ms. Lindell has been actively involved in the execution of over 2,700 properties valued at nearly $24.8 billion.
