Cyrus Felfeli advises REITs, developers, institutions, and high net worth individuals on all aspects of single-tenant properties including one-off investment sales, programmatic portfolio dispositions, zero-cashflow transactions, and build-to-suit projects. Mr. Felfeli specializes in executing sale-leasebacks for private equity sponsors and corporate users seeking liquidity from owned real estate assets, allowing sellers to infuse their balance sheet with cash, execute dividend recapitalizations, or provide an additional source of equity for targeted acquisitions. As a member of the team led by Will Pike and Chris Bosworth, Mr. Felfeli has been actively involved in the disposition of assets valued in excess of $27.0 billion throughout his career.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Felfeli was a consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers and held a secret-level security clearance through his assignments within the Department of Defense. Mr. Felfeli holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. from Washington and Lee University.
