As the Associate Research Director, Zach oversees a teams of Researchers in Arizona, San Diego, and Hawaii. Zach and his teams are responsible for tracking all local Commercial Real Estate market intel and statistics, authoring market research reports, and supporting CBRE professionals in client requests and business development. Prior to joining the San Diego office in the summer of 2021, Zach was a part of the Sales Management team for the CBRE office in Seattle (WA).
