Stefan Weiss is Head of U.S. Office Research with CBRE Econometric Advisors. His primary responsibilities are centered around US office market fundamentals. Specifically, he is responsible for dissecting and interpreting the underlying macro and microeconomic trends shaping real estate decisions for occupiers, operators, and investors across the capital stack.
Prior to joining CBRE EA, Stefan served as a Director with the Janus Property Company, overseeing the development of the Taystee Lab Building in New York City. Before Janus, Stefan managed JLL’s economic research and advisory efforts in the New York metro. Stefan holds a master’s degree in International Economics and Finance from Brandeis University.
