David Ronsick began working at CBRE in 2007 as a GIS Analyst for in the Phoenix, AZ office. In 2012, David transitioned to the CBRE Kansas City office to lead the local market research and has transitioned into the role of Senior Research Analyst.
As a Senior Research Analyst, David has the responsibility of tracking all sectors of the commercial real estate market and providing analysis in support of the Leasing and Capital Markets service lines. In support of the local market, David also produces quarterly reports and other specialized reports highlighting various trends affecting both the local and regional commercial real estate markets.
